While we hope you are delighted with your purchase, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. However, in rare cases where a product has a genuine quality issue, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit.
Unstitched Collection

There is no return or exchange policy on unstitched items.

Any concerns regarding unstitched products must be reported within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Complaints received after this period will not be entertained.
Stitched & Pret Items

If you believe the item delivered has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at inspirationsdmg@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

Once we receive your query, our Quality Control Department will review the case and respond within a few working days.

If approved, you may be offered an exchange or store credit for future use (subject to stock availability).
Order Cancellations

Orders paid through credit/debit card or bank transfer may be canceled or changed within 48 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
